We are an Indonesian based offshore oil and gas subsea services company located in Jakarta Selatan. We are seeking suitable qualified and experienced personnel to join our team to fill the position as follow:
1. Secretary
Responsibilities : Secretarial and Administration duties.
Requirements :
1. Minimum D3 in Secretarial or Business Administration
2. Good verbal and written command of both the Indonesian and English languages
3. Must work well as a Team member, have good coordination skills, self driven with strong motivation, positive attitude and amenable personality while working under pressure and willing at times to work beyond normal working hours.
4. Must also possess good software skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and power point),
5. Experience required minimum 1 year.
2. Accounting Officer
Responsibilities : Tax matters, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and other accounting functions
Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable University
2. Tax Course Brevet A and B
3. Possess good software skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and power point) & Accurate system (advantageous).
4. Minimum 2 years experience in similar position, in Oil & Gas Services Company is preferred
5. Having knowledge of Indonesian Taxation especially in oil & gas industry
6. Having good network with tax authority i.e. Kantor Pajak, Tax Auditor and Other Government related institutions
7. Having skill to prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports
8. Good verbal and written command of both the Indonesian and English languages
9. Having experience in KAP would be advantaged
