An international and world class reputable company are urgently seeking for suitable candidates to fulfill the position of Contract Administrator.

Main contractual conditions

Project :IMR Project(Inspection Repair and Maintenance of underwater
structures, pipelines and subsea equipment)
Position:Contracts Administrator - (SINGLE STATUS)
Work Location :Baku, Azerbaijan
Contract type :International Contract
Start :As soon as possible
Duration :12 months renewable
Rotation :120/16 (120 working days followed by 16 paid vacation leave)
Working days/hours : 208 monthly (8 hours / 6 days a week, from
Monday to Saturday)
Salary :USD 5000 per month
Living allowance :In ling with company standard
Accommodation :In line with company standard
Insurance D&D :100'000 USD
Life Insurance :30'000 USD
Medical Insurance :Basic
Income protection :
-From work incapacity day 1 up to 30 calendar days: a) On site: 100%
of the contractual salary b) After repatriation and arrival in
country of domicile: 30% of the expected annual income according to
the contractual work leave rotation cycle broken down to a monthly
basis.
-From work incapacity day 31 (whether on site or in country of
domicile) up to 120 calendar days: 30% of the expected annual income
according to the contractual work leave rotation cycle broken down
to a monthly basis
Travel:Prepaid Economy class ticket at beginning, end of CNT and for
each work leave rotation cycle


Employment Criteria:
1.Has more than 10 years experience of contracts administrator
2.Diploma or training in civil law and legislation
3.Full comprehension of legal content of commercial contracts
4.Knowledge of international and marine legislation
5.Knowledge of change and claim management
6.Knowledge of consortium and joint venture regulation
7.Risk analysis skill
8.Planning and project management skill
