Our client is a leading international oil & gas company in exploration and development projects, urgently need following position below: 

Job Title                          :  HR Officer Method

Work Location                 : Balikpapan, Kaltim

Educational Background :  Social Sciences/Industrial Eng S1 Min GPA 3 

Experience                      :  Minimum 3 years experiences and at least 1 year handling Method officer position.

Basic knowledge/Skills/Competencies  : 

- Standard Operation Procedures, 

- Knowledge of sustainable development concepts & methodologies. 

- Good having knowledge in societal studies and community development.

Personalities                  : Independent, good interpersonal relationship, good teamwork & high deliverables.

Languages                    : Fluent English is a must and French will be advantage

Computer Literate         : Microsoft, SAP.
