Requirements:

• Bachelor  Degree in Psychology/Law/Human Resource Management
• Female, maximum 38 years old

·         Min. 5 years experience in the same position

• Understand & able to implement all of  the HR processes recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, rewards management, and organizations development.
• Hands on experience in area of personnel administration, industrial relations, compensation & benefit, & couching and counseling.
• Having strong leadership, able to work under pressure and communication skill to interact will all level employee
• Good planning and organizing skill
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
