[Lowongan_Migas] URGENTLY REQUIRED for SR. RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

 

We are one of EPC Company is urgently looking for "SENIOR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST"  with the following qualification :
 

1.     1.   Min 10 years experiences as Recruitment Coordinator and Sr. Recruiter specialist most preferable on Oil & Gas and petrochemical area. 

2.     2. Having values such Professionally Honest, Perfection, Open & Positive, Self Learning, Challenge, Innovate, and Energetic

3.     3.  Having knowledge on recruiment process in country and overseas, broad net working, having data base specifically for management level.

4.      4.  Dealing with recruitment services including hiring  for minimum 10 -20 skilled/profesional candidates in a month .

5.     5.   Able to operate for microsoft office (excel, word), good communication, presentation and negotiation skills, have knowledge of Employment Law and tax regulation,

6.      6.  Fluency in English both oral & written.

7.     7.   Familiar with manpower regulation, Having excellent communication skill and leadership skill, good Problem Solving & Decision Making skill

8.    8.    Having knowledge of basic Cost Accounting & Budgeting, has good knowledge of Human Resources Competency Base Management

9.     9.   Good command of spoken and written English, High Self Management, Problem Solving & Decision Making skills,           Excellent Interviewing skills and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

All candidates must good in english communication  both speaking and written, good analytical thinking.
