PT Paras Megah Utama, a fast growing Services Company for Oil and Gas industry are in tendering process for Our client. We are giving the opportunity for the qualified candidates to fill our vacant position as follows :
IT SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT & APPLICATION SPECIALIST
LOCATION: Indonesia
DURATION: 24 months
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Contract
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Contribute and /or supervise the implementation of IM & T projects in cooperation with IM & T team
- Develop the IT strategy and multi year plan covering budget and resource requirement
- Establish the program management Office (PMO) to provide program management methodology, tools and project management
- Determine resource plan and sourcing strategy (in source vs. outsource)
- Develop information security policy, drive all security initiatives off the policy
- Build the Information Management System, key Business process, document control process, information handover strategy etc
- Identify and select the critical Engineering information systems planned for operations
- Establish Service desk, service catalogue and service levels
- Supervise the SAP implementation
- Support JSOX, IT General Control
- Reporting to Sr.Manager of Business Infrastructure Department
- Lead and Assist the ERP Group, IT Service Group, Security & Compliance Group & PMS Group
- Ability to mentor and develop less senior personnel especially Indonesian nationals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 20 years experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Experienced in development of the IT strategy, IT Master Plan and implement short & long term solution
- Experienced in ensuring compliance to the company's data & document management system and policy
- Experienced in supporting the IT portfolio in the business areas of finance, contracts & Procurement, HR, Payroll, Business planning, Economics, Medical, Legal and infrastructure
- Experienced in designing, developing and implementing the components of SAP Change Management
- Experienced in supporting Business applications in production, engineering, business & commercial, administration and subsurface portfolios
- Experienced in designing and implementing a cost effective IT support and delivery services
