GEOLOGIST

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Geology
• At least 3 years of working experience in Coal Mining as Geology (Geologist Middle/Senior)
• Preferably have worked in Coal Mine Company
• Able to work with a team or independently without supervision
• Able to operate Stratmodel, minescape, Map Info, Autocad Software, or other Mining Software
• Creative, innovative, good communication, self confidence (good attitude & good performance)
• Will be placed in Site Location

MINE ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Mining Engineering, Geology
• At least 2 years of working experience in Coal Mining as Mine Engineering
• Able to operate Minescape and Autocad Software
• Creatif, innovative, good communication, self confidence (good attitude & good performance)
• Will be placed in Site Location

LEGAL DEPT

Requirements:

• Male max 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Law field from reputable university
• Having at least 2 years experience in Legal, Crime Law and Due Diligence (Due Diligence for Aquisition of Mining, Property, Land, Plantation)
• Familiar with HR issues

      · Creative, pro-active, and problem-solver

SALES & MARKETING

Requirements:

• Preferably from mining, property, land, plantation
• Honest & High self motivated
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
• Excellent analytical and presentation skill both in written and verbal
• Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
• Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and pleasant personality
• Result and service oriented
• Good English literate and experience of Ms. Office(Word,Excel, Outlook Express, and Powerpoint)
• Smart, talented and highly motivated individual
• Fluent in English, both oral and written with the ability to handle communications from clients via telephone , email ,correspondence and reports

            CASHIER

Requirements:

• Male & Female, age max 26 years old
• Min. S1, Economy or Accounting from reputable University.
• Experience min 2 years in making of Budgeting and all activities related to Cash Management in the same field

· High self motivated and strong analytical skills, creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity

                                        ACCOUNTING

Requirements:

• Min D3 Accounting / Computer Accountancy
• Female, max 28 years old, Min. 1 year experience in general accounting in the same field
• Good knowledge in creating journal entries and in accounting and finance
• Able to work under minimum supervision to meet deadlines, able to work under pressure and overtime
• Microsoft Office Literate (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
• Good analytical thinking, accurate, straight, systematic & detailed oriented person, trustworthy, well organized

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken

        FINANCE

Requirements:

• Male & Female, age max 26 years old
• Min. S1, Economy or Accounting from reputable University.
• Experience min 2 years in making of Budgeting and all activities related to Cash Management in the same field

    OPERATION

Requirements:

• Preferably from mining, property, land, plantation
• Honest & Highly self motivated
• Have very good English skill both in spoken and written
• Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
• Good English literate and experience of Ms. Office(Word,Excel, Outlook Express, and Powerpoint)
• Fluent in English, both oral and written with the ability to handle communications from clients via telephone , email , correspondence and reports
• Able to work in team-work environment, outgoing personality and able to interact with all range of people

HRD STAFF

Requirements:

• Female with max age 28 years old.
• Min. Bachelor degree with GPA min. 2,75 from Psychology.
• Min. 2 years experience in same field.
• Able to use psychological testing tolls and create psychology report, able to create training programs (training design, training need analysis & training evaluation), understanding about Jamsostek, UU No. 13, recruitment and performance appraisal, payroll.
• Excellent in computer skill (MS Office, Power points, etc.)
• Have a great passion to help, inspire & motivate people
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Fluency in Speaking and Writing in English is must
• Placement : Jakarta.

                       IT SYSTEM

 Responsibilities:

1. Implementation, support and inventory control of applications used
2. Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions
3. Evaluates system specifications for business requirements
4. Develops and prepares computer solutions
5. Works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs

Skills :

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
3. Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of project management methodology
4. Requires excellent computer skills

Requirements :

1. Minimum 4 years prior Information Technology experience required
2. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
