A. Company Site Representative (CSR) - Local and expart
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering Background, Master Degree is recommended
- 5-15 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a Construction Management role within a project as CSR or Construction Manager
- Experience managing a construction project worth value of 10- 50 MUSD or more with approximately 10-50 people of multidiscipline responsibility with his organization
- Experience managing Onshore Oil & Gas facilities project and life oil and gas facility (SIMOPS), Pipeline fabrication / Installation, including pre-commissioning activities, Tie inss, loading/unloading transportation and start-up until hand over to field operation
- Good Project Management skills such as project control, quality and safety control, Contract management dan negotiation
- Good communication skills and computer literate
- Fluent Spoken and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory
B. Piping/Structure Superintendent (PSS)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering background
- Equivalent degeree in D3 with 15 years experience in the related oil and gas insdutry
- 5-10 years experience for piping/sturcuture/mechanical activities
- 3-7 years experience for piping/structure/mechanical superintendent
- Preivous experience of direct supervision of minimum more than 10 supervisors
- Experience involved in a project with worth value above 50 MUSD
- Good understanding of construction/fabrication/installation sequences
- Experience in managing Onshore Oil & Gas facilities project and pipeline fabrication/Installation, including pre commissioning activities, Tie-ins, loading/unloading, transportation, start up until handover to field operation
- Exposure and good understanding of international standards and code such as for mechanical/piping/strucutre: ASME 31.3, ASME31.8 , ASME 8 div 1 etc
- Good Project management skills such as project control, quality and safety control, Contracrt management and negotation
- Good communication skills and computer literate
- Fluent speoken and written in bahasa Indonesia and English in Mandatory
C. Civil/Site Superintendent (CSS)
- Typically 5-15 years experience in oil & gas industry, with minimum 3 years international Assigment experiences and minimum of 5-10 years in a construction Supervisory role within a project
- Recognized level of expertise in civil
- Significant responsibility in multi-dicipline teams or projects
- Exposure and good understanding of Civil standards and code such as Peraturan Beton Indonesia etc
- Good communication skills and computer literate
- Fluent speoken and written in bahasa Indonesia and English in Mandatory
D. E/I/T Superintendent (EITS)
- Typically 5-15 years experience in oil & gas industry, with minimum 3 years international Assigment experiences and minimum of 5- 10 years in a construction Supervisory role within a project
- Recognized level of expertise in Electrical/Instrumentation/Telecommunication
- Significant responsibility in multi-dicipline teams or projects
- Good communication skills and computer literate
- Fluent speoken and written in bahasa Indonesia and English in Mandatory
E. QA/QC Superintedent (QACS)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering background, master degree recommended
- Minimum qualification as International Welding Engineer (IWE)
- Senior level 5- 10 years of experiences in managing welding and QA/QC activities in oil and gas petrochemical sectors, with exposure to interpretation of multi-international codes and standards.
- Recognized level of expertise in HSE related to welding, non destructive testing and painting activities and contractor management
- Senior Level of expertise in materials , welding, non-desctructiobe testing and painting activities
- Possessing certificares as NDT level II (PCN, COFREND, CWSIP or ACCP) in RT +UT+MT+PT
- Proficient with oil and gas international codes and standard for the dicipline
- Good communication skills and computer literate
- Fluent speoken and written in bahasa Indonesia and English in Mandatory
F.Method/Procedure Superintendent (MPS)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering background, master degree recommended
- Equivalent degeree in D3 with 5-15 years experience in the related oil and gas insdutry
- 5-10 years experience in M&P and HSE activities in oil and gas industry
- 3-7 years experience as construction M&P and/or HSE superintendent for both offshore and onshore
- Preivous experience of direct supervision of minimum more than 10 supervisor
- Experiences involved in a project with value between 20- 50 MUSD
- Exellent understanding of HSE practices, safety behavior, safety improvement
- Exposure and good understanding of national and internationa HSE laws and regulation such as National Safety Regulation , etc
- Good communication skills and computer literate
- Fluent Spoken and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory
G. Work permit Coordinator (SPTD Level)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering background, master degree recommended
- More than 10 years experience in a smiliar position in oil & gas industry or petrochemicals sector, with exposure to interpretation of multy-international codes & standards
- Evidence of appropiated format training in key activities noted above
- extensive knowledge of project activities including SIMOPS, Construction , Pipe Laying, Hook up and Commissioning acativities as well as a good understanding of production operations (live process plant and the hazards associated with this)
- Previous experience of over sea's postings, experience in Asia would be an advantage
- Proficient with oil and gas international codes and standard for the dicipline
- Ability to work on his/her own intiative but function as an inteegral part of a team, flexible and pro-actives approach
- Fluent speoken and written in bahasa Indonesia and English in Mandatory
