1. Control Room / Field Operator (SR/FO) 8 orang
• D3 or High School Proven knowledge of basic natural gas processing / compression facilities.
• Minimum of 7 years operating in an oil and gas environment with at least 2 years in an offshore environment
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a control room panel operator and 5 years as a Field Operator
• Offshore Crane Operator experience required – Migas certified
• Computer – proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Effective communicator at all levels; fluent in English, oral and written
• Strong safety and environmental awareness.
• Personal motivation and self learning ability
• Ability to read P & ID's; familiar with and ability to perform Job Safety Analysis
• Ability to work on own initiative and as a team member with minimum supervision
• Competent and confident in problem solving and decision making relating to process upsets.
• Mentoring of future control room panel operators, with supervision, set training goals and maintain appropriate progress records
2. Electrical Technician (ET) 4 orang
• Understanding of basic natural gas processing including gas compression
• D3 or High School Experience or Minimum Technical High School of Electrical or D3 Electrical graduate
• Minimum of 5 years maintaining electrical equipment / detailed fault finding in the petrochemical industry with at least 2 years in an offshore environment
• Basic DC and AC electrical theory
• Basic electric motor and AC generator theory
• Basic Power Electronics theory
• In depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems with emphasis on technical theory, maintenance, electrical testing and troubleshooting
• Computer – proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Effective communicator at all levels; fluent in English, oral and written
• Strong safety and environmental awareness
• Personal motivation and self learning ability
• Ability to read electrical drawings, literature and specifications; familiar with and ability to perform Job Safety Analysis
• Ability to work on own initiative and as a team member with minimum supervision
• Competent and confident in problem solving and decision making relating to process upsets
• Ability to develop maintenance procedures
• Experience in control systems, PLC's and Fire and Gas Systems
• In depth knowledge of hazardous area classifications, with regard to the maintenance of electrical equipment in a class 1 zone 1 and zone 2 areas
3. Mechanical Technician (MT) 4 orang
• Demonstrates an understanding of basic natural gas processing including gas compression
• D3 or High School Experience
• Minimum of 5 years operating in an oil and gas environment with at least 2 years in an offshore environment. Experience as offshore crane operator and Migas certified. Skills
• Computer – proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Effective communicator at all levels; fluent in English, oral and written
• Strong safety and environmental awareness
• Personal motivation and self learning ability
• Ability to read P & ID's; familiar with and ability to perform Job Safety Analysis
• Ability to work on own initiative and as a team member with minimum supervision.
4. Instrument / Systems Technician (I/ST) 4 orang
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of basic natural gas processing including gas compression
• Understanding of Telecom systems
• D3 or High School Experience
• Minimum of 5 years operating in an oil and gas environment with at least 2 years in an offshore environment. Skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Effective communicator at all levels; fluent in English, oral and written
• Strong safety and environmental awareness.  Personal motivation and self learning ability
• Ability to read P & ID's; familiar with and ability to perform Job Safety Analysis
• Ability to work on own initiative and as a team member with minimum supervision
• Competent and confident in problem solving and decision making relating to process upsets
• Ability to develop maintenance procedures.  Experience in control systems, PLC's and Fire and Gas Systems
• Experience with turbine control systems
• Experience with Telecom systems
