Job Summary:
The Surveillance Engineer is responsible for maximizing crude oil production rates; developing and executing well surveillance programs; developing and supporting secondary and tertiary recovery plans; identifying opportunities for well enhancements; providing technical support for the workover, completion, well servicing, and rigless intervention activities in the Bahrain Field.

Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reservoir surveillance includes monitoring production rates and injection rates on a well-by-well and pattern basis -
Identifies production enhancing opportunities in existing wells utilizing multi-discipline well reviews
Works closely with G&G, reservoir engineer, and operations to devise field development plans, drilling locations, associated economics, injection requirements
Analysis of pressure build-up data
Gas lift analysis and diagnosis -- Recommends and executes of PLT programs
Recommends and executes acid programs
Recommends and executes tracer studies
As needed, monitors all wells (gas injectors, gas lift, beam and flowing oil and water producers, and non-associated gas producers) utilizing available software programs
Works with Operations Production Engineers to troubleshoot problem wells
Identifies workover candidates in multi-discipline team well reviews
Assures CLIENT is using latest technology and innovations.
Onsite support to provide supervision of key well work when required
Technical and professional knowledge upgrade through industry courses
And other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline
5 years of experience in E&P
Strong communication skills
Self-starter who can drive accomplishments
