We are an Oil & Gas Engineering Consultant Company that has been actively providing specialized engineering and management services in the oil and gas Industry. We are urgently seeking professional candidates for the following position:
Maintenance Mechanical
Requirements:
- Senior Discipline Engineer (30 Years old and above), with at least 5 years experience as Maintenance Engineer (preferably Mechanical Rotating or Static)
- Proven experience in managing Preventive Maintenance teams and activities (generate work orders, record failures on equipments, close work orders
Work management process:
Generate work requests and work orders
Plan work orders assign resources on the work order and request spare parts
Approvals at each step
Record findings after work (failure, cause and remedy)
Close work orders
Spare parts management process:
Monitor inventory and stock levels
Reorder, issue and return parts
Approvals at each step
Reporting, using CMMS features
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Maintenance Generic Strategies and Preventive Maintenance Routines (PMRs / Job Plans)
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Speaking Indonesian/Malaysian Bahasa is an advantage Experienced in developing maintenance-related business process (procedures, workflows) is an advantage.
- Preferably experienced in Oil & Gas (Upstream or Downstream)
- Willing to work Jakarta, Batam, Cilegon
