PT.Mega Petro Synergy is a Manpower supply & Construction company which operates in Indonesia. MPS currently have various vacancy to support our project in Halmahera Island – North Maluku. All position is open to Indonesian nationals. Our client is Saipem for Weda Bay Project.
We are seeking for :
1. Accountant Manager
Qualification:
- Maximal age 35 years old
- Master Degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.0 / 4.0
- Minimal 5 years experiences
- Deep understanding in financial report and tax
- Strong knowledge in Accounting Concept
- Familiar with MS Office & other computer Accounting Program
- Good in leadership, communication, posses positive motivation.
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy, detail oriented, strong critical thinker, strong negotiation & analytical skill
2. Accountant Assistant
Qualifications :
- Female, max 28 years old.
- Bachelor (D3/S1) background in accounting.
- Honest, Responsible, Mature, Independent, Self motivated and able to
- work under pressure.
- Computer literate (Ms. Excel, Ms. Words).
3. Admin / Finance Assistant
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma (for Assistant position), Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administration or professional qualifications.
- Proficient in using computers, MS Office applications.
- Familiar with accounting software will be an added advantage.
- At least 1(one) year of working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to do multi-tasking.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, possess organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, meticulous and proactive.
- Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
4. Admin / Finance Engineer
Qualifications :
· Male/female, age max. 30 years old
· Education minimum Diploma Degree from any discipline with good academic result, preferably from Business Administration, Statistics, Telecommunication, Computer Science/IT
· Have experience at least 1 year as project administration in telecommunication industry become positive value
· Good in English both oral and written
· Very familiar and able to use Microsoft Excel in advance level
· Good capability in administrative tasks
· Have good initiative, quick response and able to work with minimum supervision
· Detail Oriented with good analytical thinking
5. Camp Manager
Qualifications :
- Have certificate Basic Safety Training, Food Handler training and Passport or Seaman Book
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written
- Have a good knowledge of HSE standards, administrative works of day to day camp operation and office computer skill
- Have interpersonal relation, leadership and communication skill preferably
- Willing to be assigned in any place within Indonesia
- Able to work under pressure
6. Chief Electrician
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years experience, Prefer in Fabrication & Manufacturing
- Understand Electrical system for Conveyor and Crusher
- Polytechnic (D3) Electrical Engineering
- Understand the principles of Electrical system such as Electrical Motor, Control system
7. Cleaning Lady
Qualifications :
- Male, age max. 30 years old
- Minimum Senior high school
- At least 2(two) years of working experience in the related field.
8. Civil Works Supervisor
Qualifications :
· Male, max 40 years
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil)
· At least 4 years working experience in the related field is required in this position
· proficient in Autocad
· Knowledge of basic material
9. Concrete Prefabrication Engineer
Qualifications :
- Prepare the procurement specifications and design drawings.
- Review the concrete contractor's documents (material testing reports, drawings, routers, special process procedures, inspection and test procedures, etc.).
- Prepare design changes and non-conformance evaluations as required during fabrication, and provide technical direction and oversight to subcontractors.
- Similar responsibilities for fabrication of steel structures and embedments that are installed in the precast concrete structures.
- Provide technical assistance to the customer for design of the concrete pad to support the plant / workshop.
- Oversee and provide technical assistance to the subcontractor or the owner who erects the precast units at the power plant's spent fuel storage facility.
- Help develop new concrete module designs or improve existing ones, with particular attention to practical design considerations including ease of casting, transporting, and installing, and incorporating lessons learned in the field.
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position.
- BS or MS Civil Engineering plus 3 years of engineering experience in one of the following areas:
- Mix designs, rebar detailing, batching and placement of concrete.
- Precast or cast in place concrete in nuclear or DOT environment.
10. Concrete Works Supervisor
Qualifications :
- Minimum S1 Civil Engineering
- Able to speak English
- Having experience minimum 5 years
- Willing to be place in Halmahera , north of Mauku
- Having strong ability to work, honest, and eager to learn.
General Requirements :
- Candidates must Indonesian nationality.
- Possess good communication skill in Indonesian and should understand English as well
- Good personality
- Willing to be place in Halmahera, north of Maluku
