Qualifications:

 

v  Male/Female, max. 30 years old.

v  Bachelor Degree in Engineering from reputable university.

v  Having strong negotiation skill and good relationship with supplier and customer.

v  Having knowledge of sourcing and assessment of suppliers and procurement management.

v  Preferable familiar with SAP program.

 

Responsibilities:

 

                 ·          Perform purchasing activities and work with local vendor (inside or outside approved Company's vendor list).

                 ·          Create RFQ and tender invitation based on proposed Purchase Request (PR). Review incoming quotation/ tender proposal, negotiate with vendors, and propose winner in the evaluation summary.

                 ·          Ensure all material and services are purchased according to proposed Purchase Request (PR)/ memo.

                 ·          Create Purchase Order (PO) & Contract and guarantee validity  of PO & contract according to agreed terms and conditions (technical, commercial, and legal compliance)
