| Pearl Energy is an upstream oil and gas company with exploration, development and production activities in Southeast Asia currently looking for Indonesian National candidates to fill in the following position: Drilling HSE Coordinator General Role and Requirement - Collaborate with Drilling Manager 's line organization, the Pearl Energy Indonesia -HSSE Manager and other HSES networks within Pearl Energy and Mubadala & partners to achieve the intent of Operations Management Framework (OMF). - Provide overall assurance regarding HSE and QA/QC within the Drilling Team consistent with expectations and key process of OMF and MOG Drilling Management Standard - Develop an HSE management system for the Drilling activities align with Policy and OMF conformance to ISO 9001. - Conduct HSE Audit & Inspection - Ensure the adequacy of HSSE/ CSMS implementation and requirement - Coach and advise the line personnel to improve their delivery of HSE accountabilities, including regular face-to-face time with Drilling Team and its Contractors - Bachelor degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety and related Master Degree is preferred.(Diploma-3 with min 7 years Experience and S-1 with Minimum 5 Yrs experience.) - Minimum 5- 7 years in major hazard industry, Offshore, especially Drilling Activities.
