With continued growth we are seeking additional resources that will be located in our Project Site. There is an excellent opportunity for experienced people to work on one of our Mine Projects at Senakin, South Kalimantan as Senior Supervisor – CHPP.
Reporting to the Superintendent - CHPP, this position will be responsible to be efficient and effective organization and management of all aspects of the JWP, DMP, PLO, Laboratory, Metallurgist, and coal product hauling from plants to ports ; Management and implementation of safety and environmental programs within CHPP areas of responsibility ; Implementation of improvement Plant system to optimum utilization, availability and cost effectiveness in JWP, DMP and PLO areas ; Coordinating compliance objective target JWP, DMP production and PLO production and barging in accordance with planning and target of other departments (Maintenance mobile and fixed plant, Mining, Engineering) and client ; Establish a good working relationship with the other departments (Maintenance mobile and fixed plant, Mining, Engineering, etc) and client ; Achievement and maintain budget and key performance goals of JWP, DMP and PLO ; Communicate openly and honestly at all times with mining and engineering ; Assume responsibility of CHPP Superintendent if required.
This position requires a Degree on Mechanical / Electrical / Mining who has 5 years experieces in similar role or mining coal processing especially in coal washing plant and product load out ; Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.
