Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities Control, Monitor and Evaluate performance of sub-contract inspection   Specific Responsibilities Control, monitoring and evaluate performance of sub-contract inspectors Conduct field audit on site to ensure subcontractor performs inspection in compliance with SOP's Review inspection report on technical compliance to SOP's and key account client requirements Conduct inspection training program for external clients according to international or specific client standards Technical training of inspection procedures to admin coordinator, key account executive and subcontract inspectors Update our sub-con with SGS inspection procedure on monthly basis Coordinate with quality coordinator to control and maintain the quality procedure and form of CTS inspection Any other duties requested by the Administration Manager Requirements: Profile Bachelor degree (related field) or equivalent Three years operational / management experience in a related discipline   Skills Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers, and clients Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Acts quickly and decisively ; able to make tough calls Works well under-pressure, challenges status quo Fluent English and local language Applies judgement and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity
