We are a construction company which is develop rapidly in the industry, currently we are looking for suitable candidates to strengthen our organization for our business development. The positions vacant as follows:
1. Project Supervisor
- Passed S1 degree in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years experience in road construction, bridges, building and earth removal field works
- He will be responsible to the Project Manager about the Construction progress (Daily, weekly and monthly)
- Coordinating to first party (Client or Bowhere) about Construction activity planning, method of works and HE demand
- Coordinating to others section of internal organization in Conducting Project Construction tools and Heavy Equipment and Man power
- Be able to prepare and provide relevant project documents, instruction and procedures, work planning, budgeting, and reporting working progress
- Strong background in management of project
- Understanding of "Ahli K3" and Safety regulation
- Able to operating computer (MS. Office, Autocad, MS Project) and email
- Willing to work in remote area
2. Project Foreman
- Passed S1/D3/STM in Civil Engineering: S1 with 2 years experience or D3 with 4-5 years experience and STM with 7 years experience in road construction, bridges, building and earth removal field works
- Familiar with and able to read shop drawing or construction drawing
- Able in execute the Design implementation, stake out, elevation and compare with actual
- He will be responsible fully at site in monitoring and record all technical and construction works
- High strong communication skill and have good performance leadership
- Able to operating computer (MS Word and MS Excel) but not must
- Understanding of "Ahli K3" and Safety regulation
- Willing to work in remote area
3. Project Admin & Estimator
- Passed S1/D3/SMU in any major with 2 years experience in project administration, preferably from Construction Industry
- He will be responsible to Project Supervisor in recording of daily report of Construction activity, progress calculation and prepare a relevant project administration under Project Supervisor command
- Able and familiar in monitoring the progress and calculation volume of planning design versus the actual
- Able to operating computer (MS Word, MS Excel and Autocad) is must
- Willing to work in remote area
4. Surveyor
- Passed S1/D3 in Geodetic Engineering with 5 years experience in road construction, bridges, building and cut and fill project
- He will responsible to Project Manager in recording of execution of Planning Design boundary, elevation and stake out
- He will be monitoring the cut and fill progress day by day full in the field
- Understand to do survey & data process by manual & computerized system
- Able to operate survey instrument, total station, DGPS, Theodolite, GPS Handheld, etc
- Able to work in remote area
- He must able to do the Data Processing of Field data Survey (transferring, plotting and calculating and checking) and its accurate
- Able to operating Autocad Land Development, 12D, Mapsource and others relevant survey program is must
- Willing to work in remote area
