QUANTITY SURVEYOR ENGINEER: Carrier Opportunities

We are the Engineering Consultant Company for various building facilities, currently seeking for the best candidate to fill in position as a Quantity Surveyor Engineer.  The candidates are also requested to be able to work and live in Balikpapan . The work will be started around August 2011.

 

The qualification is as follows:

-         Graduate degree (S1) in Architect or Civil Engineer.

-         Minimum 5 (five) years experience in Civil Design

-         Good written and spoken English language.

-         Capable to operate AutoCAD.

-         Capable to prepare the preliminary cost estimation (budgeting) during schematic design phase, define cost estimation basis, assumption and contingencies.

-         Capable define construction scope of works packages, Detailed Bill of Quantity and cost estimate during the Design Development Phase.
