With continued growth we are seeking additional resources that will be located in our Project Site. There is an opportunity for experienced people to work on one of our Mine Projects at Senakin, South Kalimantan as Supervisor – Drill & Blast.
Reporting to the Drill & Blast Superintendent, this position will responsible to co-ordinate and supervise in daily drill and blast activity to achieve target in a safe environment, Lead, organize and provide direction to employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results, actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times, communicate openly and honestly at all times, HSE&Q outcomes and business result.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in drill & blast experience; previous management and supervisory experience ; full understanding of mining environment and its regulations; client focus, good time management and problem solving; good communication skill in English and Bahasa.
