China Offshore Oil Engineering Company (COOEC) is one of the largest EPCI contractors for offshore oil and gas industry in the Asia Pacific area. Headquartered in Tanggu, Tianjin , China , COOEC is represented worldwide with offices in USA , Singapore , Indonesia , Nigeria , Middle East , Australia and Hongkong.

Currently we are seeking for potential dynamic personnel for below position :

 

PROJECT SECRETARY

 

General requirements :

• Female, max 35 years old
• Minimum D3 from reputable  secretarial academy (Tarakanita) or related.
  
• Has minimum 2 years experiences as a Secretary, fresh graduated are welcome
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office Word, Excel, Power point, etc.
• Communicative, perform good image for the company and willing to work in long hours if necessary
• Good initiative, pay attention to details, work fast and work smart
• Must be able to start working IMMEDIATELY
• Preferred in JABODETABEK area
