Our Client, an International Oil and Gas company, currently is looking for urgent positions, with details as follow;
Procurement Compliance Officer
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor of Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience during EPC phases on oil & Gas projects in Indonesia.
• Prefer experience in Offshore projects, FPSO and/or LNG projects by working for EPC Contractors.
• Fully understands government procurement regulations such as PTK-007 Rev. 1 and/or Rev.2 and regulation by Ministry of Industry as well as procurement process in Indonesia.
• Understands and has experience on local content verification method in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience in vendor verification for procurements/constructions of hulls, topsides and/or platforms.
• Possess related training and certificate.
• Excellent communication in written and oral English. Proven Leadership and mentoring skills.
SAP FICO SPECIALIST
REQUIREMENT
• Minimum of 10 years experience in SAP R3/ECC Module: FICO
• Have a experience worked as SAP FICO Consultant or SAP FICO
implementer.
• Have a thorough knowledge about SAP Oil and Gas process configuration
and SAP process optimization.
• Have a thorough knowledge for SAP IS - Joint Venture Account.
• Be familiar with relevant 8PGIMAS report documents.
• Be familiar with relevant Indonesia Tax regulation and process.
• Have experience performed User Training and Support.
• Have experience performed SAP Upgrade or SAP Retrofit in Oil and Gas Industry is preferable.
• Having the flexible mind and sparing no efforts to implement the jobs.
SAP HR Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To work with Business Process Owner and other contracting parties in implementation. System Configuration. System Test and Support SAP system.
• To review all necessary process, documents and studies available at the
Company related to development of SAP functionalities.
• To study and suggest process design modification for SAP optimization.
• To prepare and develop the operation process and procedure for SAP Operation & Procedure.
• To prepare and develop SAP Documentation and Status reporting.
REQUIREMENT
• Minimum of 10 years experience in SAP R3/ECC Module; HR and Sub
Modules: Payroll. Benefit, Travel Management, Time Management and ESS/MSS.
• Have a experience worked as SAP HR Consultant or SAP HR implementer.
• Have a thorough knowledge about SAP HR process configuration and SAP process optimization.

SENIOR FLNG O&M ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION
• To review all necessary documents and studies available at the Company
related to development of FLNG facilities
• To study and suggest process design modification for safe and reliable
operation
• To prepare and develop the operation philosophy and requirement for FLNG
facilities from the experiences of FPSO operation. The philosophy /
requirement to include, but not limited to:
Process / Utility plant operation
Safety operation
Process design consideration
Equipment and material selection
Control and monitoring
Flaring and blow-down
Operating and shut down criteria
Start-up, shut-down operation
Side-by-Side offloading operation
Operation organization, manning and training
Status reporting
REQUIREMENT
• Minimum of 15 years experience totally in LNG plant operation and FPSO operation
• Having previous work experience worked as Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) or
Production Supervisor or equivalent position in FPSO project.
• Have an experience of supervision for Side-by-Side offloading operation.
• Have a thorough knowledge about natural gas treatment, process optimization and logistics for FPSO.
• Be familiar with general philosophy-type documents.
• Be familiar with relevant international standards and codes.
• Having the flexible mind and sparing no efforts to implement the jobs.
• Have a good communication in speaking and writing English
