Responsibilities:
- Recommend potential growth opportunities to SBUs and solicit their support
- Formulate strategies and tactics to build sustainable relationships with internal and external/potential customers especially at senior / management level
- Develops project proposals and plans to gain country & business supports.
- Executes & drives the approved plan to realize actual revenue target
- Leads the business development activities in oil and gas market segment to support business growth through exploring and driving cross-SBU opportunities
- Direct, manage and deploy business resources (cash, assets, information, systems and people) with optimum productivity and positive impact for new business growth
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree, preferably with Master's Degree in Engineering, with strong understanding of oil and gas industry
- Must have minimum 7 years experience in sales / marketing managerial position targetting oil & gas market segment.
- Ability to drive new initiatives; develop projects proposal and account strategy; implementing strategic business, sales revenue and market share;
- Ability to work with process groups; network with diversified business units and ensure consensus building
- Solution & Result oriented with good business judgement, and able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Must be able to prioritize, plan, and track multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
- Must be able to easily interface between all of the different business teams (sales, marketing, logistics, operations, sourcing, customer service etc.).
- Good language / communication / presentation skill in English.
Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of client business challenges and formulate hypothesis, solutions and action plans
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or other equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience (with minimum 3 years in management) in chemical/petrochemical, oil and gas, utilities, or construction sector in
o Plant operations, technical, maintenance, or
o Capital project execution with pre-start up reviews and commissioning experience.
• Candidates need to have good understanding of
o key manufacturing metrics (cycle time, uptime, chemical yield, FPFQY) and their relationship to the Engineering Technologies
o Principle of chemical engineering and its applications
o Chemical or refinery processes (Distillation, reaction, separation, etc)
o maintenance systems including the Work Management Process, Predictive & Preventive Maintenance, maintenance metrics, computerized maintenance management systems.
• Preference for candidates with background or exposure to
o reliability systems including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Life Cycle Costing, failure analysis (RCFA), MTBF, and condition based maintenance.
o HAZOP, FMEA, and consequence analysis.
• An ability to analyze and clearly articulate interrelated and complex issues.
• A good understanding of best practices in engineering technology and manufacturing work processes
• Good interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and effectively complete critical tasks
• Willing to travel up to 50% to 70% in support of client engagements in Southeast Asia
