PT. JDA-Indonesia is manpower consultants for the Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industries within Indonesia. JDA has been servicing the Indonesian Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industry for 20 years.

 

Our client, a specialists in delivering and supporting slurry equipment solutions including pumps, hydrocyclones, valves, screen machines and screen media, rubber and wear resistant linings for global mining and mineral processing, the power sector and general industry, is seeking an experienced candidate for the following position:

 

Parts Operation Manager, Code: POM

Location                  : Balikpapan

 

JOB PURPOSE:

• Lead, organize and provide direction to employees to ensure adherence and commitment to company OHSE policies and procedures.
• To provide professional and commercially viable parts support to the customer's equipment
• Manage national parts daily operations.
• Manage national parts inventory holding and achieves parts budget KPI and targets.
• Ensure subordinates comply with company systems, policies and procedures.
• Communicate openly and honestly and demonstrate a positive attitude in order to foster leadership, discipline, and teamwork environment.
• Ensure that instruction and tasks assigned to you by your superiors are fore filled.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Male

·        Min Diploma degree

·        Min 5 years experience in the same position and industry

·        Have firm and strong personality

·        Must have great interpersonal skills, good communication skills and be able to work independently with minimum supervision

·        Proficiency in English is a must
