Our Client, a Multinational forwarding and logistic company is seeking qualified person for below position:

Oil and Gas Operation Specialist

Responsibilities:

· Provide Operational Support to Operations Department by responding to

customers' requirements and ensure that Operations Activities are carried out in accordance with Indonesia Regulations, Internal BPQ requirements and HSE

requirements.

· Attend to all customers inquiries on all service features and also to

ensure proficiency in service features

· Responsible for the operational co-ordination and execution of job plans

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar capacity with

multinational company/ies in the forwarding / logistics industry

· Good knowledge of forwarding & logistics industry

· Market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers)

· Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of

customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints

· Knowledge in import/export customs formalities, and exposure to Oil & Gas industry

· Fluent in English (written and spoken) and local language

Educational Background:

· Min. Bachelor's degree holder

· Diploma in transport / freight forwarding / logistics field

Attitude:

· Customer focused and result oriented

· Initiative, independent and self driven

· Persistence and well organized

· Manage stress well

· Trustworthy

Skills:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to manage cross-functional interfaces (Operations and ISPs)

· Advanced computer literacy: good PC skills

· Fast pace and dynamic business approach

· Challenging
