QAQC SUPERINTENDENT
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for managing and ensure that the QAQC supervisions, all inspections and other QAQC matters at fabrication yard,
construction sites, vendor premises shall be performing in compliance by Project Technical Specification and Project Quality objectives.
ACTIVITIES
· To manage the project construction activities in each discipline (piping, structure, pipeline
with sound technical justification of painting inspection) in order to ascertain the product will
be built as per drawings, specification, procedures and schedule
· To coordinate the activities of NDT Supervisor, QAQC Welding Supervisor, Painting
Supervisor, in back to back organization
· To ensure that all activities are carried out according to the approved QAQC Manuals and
procedures
· To assist the PJC management team to ensure that QAQC team and project safety objectives
throughout the life of the project
· To review QAQC procedures, including inspections and test plan, developed by CTR in
regards with QAQC Inspection coordinator
· To review and accept WPS, WQPT and sign the WPQR with support of SPV, including
coordination with 3rd inspector and authority certification
· To supervise inspection activities as per inspection and test plans and witness time to time
FAT and inspections. To coordinates with project team, inspection activities related to
Inspection and Test Plan
· To follow up site engineering queries in coordination with PJC various departments and to
ensure that subsequent actions are well implemented by CTR
· To report every week to CSR, QAQC Inspection coordinator on welding progress, NC, issues,
any shortcoming (material reception delay), problems and major defects on the fabrication
· To be able to revert to PJC/ENG and eventually comment the design engineering documents
produced by CTR in case of discrepancies and mismatching on site
· To ensure proper reporting, utilization and data integrity of construction Quality System by
site teams (CTR and CPY) and set up the master data of the system.
QUALIFICATION
1. QA/QC SUPERINTENDENT LEVEL 4
· Engineering degree from recognize university
· Graduated from Welding Engineering school and holding certificates (minimum Level 3) from
recognized international institution. (PCN level III recommended or COFREND equivalent),
CSWIP level III and ASTN level III only accepted for Structural/Piping job). In house
certification are not accepted
· > 10 years experiences of relevant international assignment in managing QA/QC activities within oil & gas sector
· Recognized level of expertise in Safety, contractor management with specific knowledge of
welding engineering and non destructive test
· Good communication skill
· Fluent in English, written and spoken
· Proficient with oil and gas international codes and standards for the discipline
2. QA/QC SUPERINTENDENT LEVEL 3
· Certified Senior Welding Inspector (minimum level III) from a recognized international
institution (PCN level III recommended or COFREND equivalent), CSWIP level III accepted
and ASTN level III only accepted for Structural / Piping job. In house certification are not
accepted
· 5 – 10 years of relevant international assignment in managing QA/QC activities within oil &
gas sector
· Recognized level of expertise in Safety, contractor management with specific knowledge of

PRESSURE VESSEL SUPERINTENDENT
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for Coordinating QA/QC supervision at pressure vessel construction sites and inspection at
vendor premises and shall be performing in compliance by Project Technical Specification and Project Quality objectives.
ACTIVITIES
· To coordinate the project construction activities in each discipline (piping, structure, pipeline
with sound technical justification of painting inspection) in order to ascertain the product will
be built as per drawings, specification, procedures and schedule
· To coordinate the activities of NDT Supervisor, QA/QC Welding Supervisor, Painting
Supervisor, Material Supervisor in back to back organization (if these positions are available)
· To ensure that all QA/QC activities are carried out according to the approved QA/QC manuals
and procedures
· To assist the PJC management team to ensure Compliance Safety objectives throughout the
life of the project
· To review QA/QC procedures, including Inspection and Test Plans, developed by CTR in
regards with QA/QC Inspection coordinator
· To ensure the review and accept WPS on sites by third party and certifying authorities.
· To coordinate vendor premises and yard QA/QC activities, such as WQPT and WQT with
support of SPV
· To be able to approve the WQPT and sign the WQPR
· To supervise inspection activities as per inspection and Test Plans and witness time to time
FAT and inspections. To coordinate with project team, inspection activities related to ITP
· To follow up site Engineering queries during the procurement and construction phases of
EPSC contracts and ensure the feedback to PJC/ENG. To ensure the subsequent actions are
well implemented by vendor
· To provide technical assistance on vendor queries on site
· To provide NDT assistance/expertise to vendor

QC PAINTING SUPERVISOR
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for assist QA/QC Superintendent in his technical duties and accountability to CSR.
Ensure that the implementation of pipeline coating is performed in compliance with Company Specification and Company safety requirement
ACTIVITIES
· To ensure feedbacks for project construction requirements and schedule
· To supervise and control the project construction activities in painting activities including
application of passive fire protection, in order to ascertain the plant will be built as per
drawings, specification, procedures and schedule
· To assist the PJC management team to ensure Compliance with Total E&P Indonesie safety
objectives throughout the life of the project.
· To review painting and coating procedures, including ITP, developed by EPSC Contractors
and vendors
· To ensure the proper implementation of pipeline coating on site by the Contractors and
vendors
· To monitor the line of non conforming reporting and correctives actions
· To coordinate site, yard and vendor premises of QA/QC activities such as Pre Qualification
Test (PQT), Pre Production Test (PPT), Production and punch list clearance
· To review storage condition of raw materials
· To supervise CTR inspection activities as per ITP
· To assist QA/QC SPTD for engineering queries during the procurement and construction
phases of EPSC contracts
· To provide technical assistance and link QA/QC SPTD to CTR matters on site
· To review all coating inspection report during PQT, PPT and production, prepared by CTR
team
· To report every and of day to QA/QC SPTD on coating progress, Non Conformance and any
short comings or major defect
· To follow one day training prepared by CPY requirement and specification prior performing
job
