Dear Potential Candidates, we are currently have urgent required several positions for our clients multinational Civil Construction Company in Jakarta as follows:

1. QA/QC Manager (Project Based)

Required qualification:

Education: Minimum S1 Civil or Architecture Engineering
Skill and Knowledge:
• Familiar with ISO 9000 series knowledge and implementation
• Good command & reporting skill in English or Bahasa
• Auditor/ Lead Auditor Certified [preferably IRCA certified course] for ISO 9000 series
• Familiar with Civil Engineering National and International Codes [SNI, BS, ACI, ASTM, JIS, AS etc.]
• Able to prepare Method Statements, Quality Plans, ITP, Check list forms, NCR and other quality documentations
• Having sufficient knowledge and practical experience of Quality Improvement Tools
• Knowledge or certification in welding inspection would be an added value.

Experience:
Min. 10 years' experience in construction project with min. 5 solid years in QA/QC field

General requirements:
• Has a strong personality, good interpersonal skills and adaptability, hardworking, planning & organizing capability, creative and critical thinking, assertive, decisive, self-motivated and good team player
• Willing to be stationed in projects location throughout Indonesia.

2. Senior Estimator

General Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree Level in Civil Engineering
• Minimum average of 8 years in civil construction industry
• Male only

Job Description:

Bid Administration:
• Prepares and maintains status of plan reproduction
• Solicits and maintains communication with subcontractors and vendors
• Prepares subcontractor bid packages
• Transmits addenda and other bid information to subcontractors
• Ensures that we have the proper coverage from subcontractors on bid day
• Contacts supply houses to obtain additional subcontractor bids
• Shows creativity and resourcefulness to gain better pricing from subcontractors
• Submits 100% of bids and budgets by the bid deadline – no exceptions
• Enters all relevant information into Timberline

Project Knowledge:
• Review bid requirements thoroughly and asks follow-up question on every bid
• Has a thorough understanding of the scope for specific trades assigned
• Develops RFIs and clarifications and ensure adequate subcontractor coverage and shows interest
• Performs a comprehensive "bid day" analysis and scoping of specific assigned trades
• Understands how to fit subs to the size/scope of project
• Creates bid lists that fit scope of job, ensuring that we have the right subs for the project
• Minimize exclusions by "doing our homework"
• Include value-engineering ideas on
• Consistently follows up on submitted bids and budgets with Architect and/or Construction Manager to close business.
• Knows architects, construction managers, property managers, brokers and can close business

3. Senior Safety (Environment Engineer)

General Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree Level in Environment Engineering
• Minimum average of 7 years in civil construction industry
