A well established Engineering Consultants Company with more than 30 years experiences in "Engineering Design" for Oil and Gas project (Offshore & Onshore) is growing rapidly and seek a number of qualified engineers to meet upcoming project at Manila, Philippines. A proficient, efficient, and highly motivated individuals are required for the following position:
1. Structural Engineer - At least 7 years experience in offshore structural engineering, Preferably structural to accommodate compressor / vibration equipment
2. Senior Structural Designer - at least 10 years experience in structural drawing production, with checking and supervisory experience
3. Static Equipment Engineer - min. 8 yrs experience, can handle full RE scope (i.e. RFQ/datasheet preparation, Technical bid evaluation, PO requisition, vendor doc. review)
4. Rotating Equipment Engineer - min. 8 yrs experience, can handle full RE scope (i.e. RFQ/datasheet prep'n, Technical bid evaluation, PO requisition, vendor doc. review)
5. Control Systems Engineer - 5 to 10 years experience
o Knowledgeable in the execution of offshore or LNG FEED
o Has participated in Hazop and SIL review
o Familiar with MAV (Main Automation Vendor), i.e. DCS, ESD, SCADA interface requirements
o Familiar with Fire and Gas and Telecoms systems (Telephony, PA/GA, CCTV, Helicopter Approach System, Weather, Entertainment, LAN/WAN, Personnel Tracking, RFID/Barcoding, VHF/UHF Radio, Collision Avoidance (Marine Radar), Life Boat Communications, RTU/SCAD)
6. Stress Engineer - 5 to 10 years experience
o Knowledgeable in ASME 31.1, B31.3 and B31.8 code
o Capable to model piping systems in computer programs (Autopipe, Caesar II)
o Knowledge in Criteria for Allowable loads on Equipment
o Able to perform Flexibility Analysis and Support Calculations
o Knowledge of Pipe Support Standards
o Able to check calculations
7. Piping Material Engineer - 5-10 years experience, with Engineering degree (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials)
o Full knowledge of ASME codes and standards related to Piping and Pipeline
o Capable of preparing RFQ and PO packages for piping bulk materials and specialty items
o Capable of technical bid evaluation and vendor document review
o Capable of wall thickness calculations
o Experience with pipeline engineering will be an advantage
8. Senior Process Engineer - 8-10 years experience, preferably with LNG or Offshore experience
9. Procurement Specialist - 5-10 years experience in EPC/CM execution, can lead a team of buyers/expediters
10. Project Controls - 8-10 years experience in EPC/CM execution, can be a Control Team Leader
11. Project Engineer / Engineering Manager / Project Manager - min. 8-10 years experience in EPC/CM execution, preferably with LNG / Offshore experience
