No. 1 - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (CS)
Requirements:
• To work on a 12 hour shift system
• Responsible for timely completion of campaigns in line with HSE, quality, KPI & COMPANY targets
• Must be team player
• Initiative & Pro-active
• Computer literate
• Good attitude towards safety
• Able to work un-supervised
• Based in Brunei
Qualifications:
• Minimum 15 years of heavy offshore construction work
• A sound knowledge of civil an structural/ marine engineering in the oil and gas industry
• Have a good man-management skills particularly with regard to Brunei Citizens
• At least 5 years experience as Construction Superintendent in a similar environment
• An engineering qualifications from a tertiary institute such as Final City & Guilds or equivalent
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written
No. 2 – FIELD ENGINEER (FE)
Requirements:
• To work on a 12 hour shift system
• Responsible for all engineering, planning, pre-commissioning, materials and all other technical services essential to support the construction activities at the offshore worksite
• Must be team player
• Initiative & Pro-active
• Computer literate
• Good attitude towards safety
• Able to work un-supervised
• Based in Brunei
Qualifications:
• Must have a recognised degree in an appropriate engineering discipline
• At least 10 years experience in this position
• At leats 8 years in offshore oil and gas industry including experience in major offshore project
• 5 years in a supervisory role is also essential
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written
No. 3 - CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (CSV)
Requirements:
• To work on a 12 hour shift system
• to install offshore oil and gas facilities and International Standards, within the planned programme duration
• Must be team player
• Initiative & Pro-active
• Computer literate
• Good attitude towards safety
• Able to work un-supervised
• Based in Brunei
Qualifications:
• Must have served a recognized apprenticeship training plus senior technician level qualification.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years experience and at least 10 years offshore construction experience of which 8 years in a supervisory role.
• Must have a good knowledge on international construction and safety codes.
• Must be fully familiar with the hazardous high fire risk situations.
• Required to have a sound knowledge of international standard specifications and welding procedures and experience of welding techniques and procedures on a wide range of pipe materials"
• Must be able to interpret drawings and specifications and translate them into understandable terms.
• Training subordinates in this respect is a major part of the training role of the tasks.
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written
No. 4 - ASSISTANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR (AS)
• To work on a 12 hour shift system
• to act on work instruction from the Shift Supervisor, coordinate the activities of all tradesman and personnel and to ensure that the task allocated are as per drawings, Company Specification and International Standards
• Must be team player
• Initiative & Pro-active
• Computer literate
• Good attitude towards safety
• Able to work un-supervised
• Based in Brunei
Qualifications:
• Must have completed an engineering apprenticeship (mechanical preferred)
• Have at least a qualification of Technician Level Certificate.
• 10 years experience in the construction industry
• At least 7 years in the oil and gas industry
• 5 years in the supervisory capacity in an offshore environment.
• Must also beware of the requirements of the hazardous area classifications
• Able to read and understand drawings and specifications
• Must fully familiar with all piping fittings and components including piping materials and pressure classification
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written
No. 5 – RIGGING SUPERVISOR (RS)
Requirements:
• To work on a 12 hour shift system
• Responsible for the supervision of all rigging activities
• Fully conversant in the art of rigging and able to define and control any rigger classifications
• Ensure safety procedures are adhered to during team efforts in achieving the tasks assigned
• Able to work independently on board a vessel or away from the vessel (fabrication yard, aboard an anchor handling tug)
• Must be team player
• Initiative & Pro-active
• Computer literate
• Able to work un-supervised
• Based in Brunei
Qualifications:
• Has at least 10 years rigging experience inclusive of 6 years in a supervisory role
• Has fire fighting training
• Malay and English literate
